Hi. Yes, I clicked to disable the post in Archives. The post still appears in Recent Posts. Do I need to edit the theme?

ps. Also one more thing. When I tick the box "Disable Listing for Users Not Logged In" its great as it removes the post from my sidbar listing but yet still allows me to list in in a page using the catlist command. However when you click on the link from the catlist page it says "Whoops not found". I'd prefer it to display the message about being logged in to view this content just like it does when you tick the "Disable but show available if Logged In"
Is there a way to do this?

Hi,
I am using your plugin but want to know how to automate the ticking of the boxes in posts. So for example when a certain post is sent in by email, it is automatically tagged with the category "iPhone". I want all items with the category iPhone to have certain boxes ticked. As it stands now I have to manually do this for each post item.

Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

can I pay your firm to add the ability to not display sub-category items when the parent category is clicked. your "exclude archives" almost does it, but then the sub category shows empty also? let me know... great plug in.

Try using the disable listing in Archives function - this should take care of the 'Recent Posts' issue. If it doesn't work, then let me know.
